Teaching yoga is a privilege, and I am grateful every day to share this wonderful wise practice with my students. I teach from the knowledge I have gained over the years and the inspiration for my classes come from my years of dedication to Ashtanga Yoga. My classes are simplistic but strong - challenging practitioners in their foundations while keeping the emphasis on breath and alignment. I always work towards creating a safe space for all my students, for them to work hard - but also to settle into the stillness and softness of yoga as well, allowing them to draw their focus inwards and find calmness  - not only within their bodies but also within their minds. 

 

I teach beginner-friendly Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, relaxing Yin sessions and of course, a traditional Ashtanga class as well.

Live Online Private Yoga

With the current global environment, online private yoga sessions are the most practical and adaptable way to either begin your yoga practice or continue on your yoga journey during this time. 

 

All our sessions will be via a Zoom video call. Prior to our first class, we will have a chat about what your requirements are and ideally decide on a suitable schedule. I will then be able to tailor our classes based exactly on your preferences. We will work together to build strength, flexibility - as well as learn calming breathing techniques and different ways of meditation - all of which help to alleviate anxiety, leaving you feeling calm and centred. 

 

Online private yoga classes are economical, flexible and help you stay accountable for your health. All you need is a laptop/mobile/iPad and a decent internet connection!

 

Unwind, grow and breathe - all in the comfort and safety of your own home.

If required, free recordings of the sessions will be sent to you, so that you may continue to practice at other times as well. For further details and prices, please get in touch.   

In-person Private Sessions

If groups of people are not your cup of tea, or perhaps a studio class just does not work for your schedule, then an in-person private yoga class is a great option for you. 

 

In the comfort and safety of your own home, we can work together on beginning your yoga journey, or continue growing the practice if you are already an established student. Private sessions are effective and efficient in the sense that they are solely dedicated to you and your needs. The class is curated around your preferences and can be easily moulded - based simply on what you are looking for on that day, or how you are feeling.

 

Working one on one is by far my favourite segment of teaching yoga. I love breaking down the complexities and providing a thoughtful yoga class, that is perfect for your individual needs. 

I will, of course, be taking all the required precautions before and during our class.

Corporate Yoga 

Workplace yoga and mindfulness have proven for years to improve employee productivity, reduce stress, calm anxiety and help boost employee morale.

 

If your company is continuing with a WFH policy, or perhaps employees have returned back to the office - a gentle yoga session will prove to be a much-needed and appreciated workplace activity for your employees. Short, simple yoga classes can be done in person at your office, or employees can log in via a Zoom video call.

 

These classes require no prior yoga experience at all and are designed to focus on stretches and movement best for office workers. Breathing techniques and easy guided meditations can also be included. Consistent corporate yoga sessions will surely boost work productivity and leave attendees feeling calm and centred.
